Where does Avant-garde Enchant Scroll come from? Any end chests, or raids? Maybe even from a previous Gacha?

the combination of R5 + personalizing + enabled + x5 repair cost tells me it's a lord mission enchant. However, it could be a situation like Colossal, where we know about it but no one has found it.
