Benefit?

Whats the actual benefit of a battle mando? i mean its just fashionable? or what does make it special?.

Most likely fashion and the upgrades, although Bass Drum seems to be the same.

Oh ok and i know that its out of this topic but has someone discovered the damage formula of instruments? and what stats count on discord damage or regular attack using instruments?

Seems to me str plays the role in damage increase. Dischord damage is based on your damage range shown in the character window, like other combat skills.

ummmm... well is a good way to start but some skills enhances dex also so it may be involved too... at leats for regular meele

Strength has affected their melee damage since the beginning of time. The only thing that actually changed was Knuckles which relied from Str to Will.

Other stats are just added for convenience and have no real affect on the skills at all. For example, Fireball adds Str and Thunder adds Will, but they in no way have any affects to their respective skills, and I also fail to see how they're related...

maybe just to have a reason to rank them wiout being directly a mage :x
