Unknown upgrades?
Every Wand Repair NPC has 2 upgrades for it, but it's not listed. Is this thing upgradable?

And what do you mean by every wand repair npc has 2 upgrades for it? o-o.
In addition, the normal healing wand has no upgrades either, so I'm guessing this doesn't (since they're basically the same thing (same category string, so whatever upgrades Healing Wand would get, this would get, viceversa).
It shows up as ??? for two rows. I just got the wand and wanted to check for upgrades.
