Was it new or an existing account that has not played Mabi? That might be why...other wise I have no idea O-o;;

No, nexon specifically stated that it's for new accounts or accounts that have yet to play Mabinogi. I was using the dummy account from an earlier fiasco to figure that it was repairable.
