Crash shot

Just want to make sure. Crash shot does not give skill cp? Maybe im blind but I don't see it on the list so I assume it doesn't based on the information given, but it is one of the highest AP usage skills and gives a lot of talent points; which I thought would make it give a little skill cp if not a lot.

If it does give skill cp, can someone add it?

It doesn't add skill CP. If a skill wasn't just added to the game, and it doesn't have values for skill/stat CP on its skill page, or if it doesn't show up on those mentioned CP lists, then it doesn't contribute to it.
