Camp kit no longer works in metus?

Camp kit no longer works in metus?

I am finding a point where it lets me enter the camp name (Because anywhere else in metus it says you cannot make camp), after entering the name it'll then tell me I can't make camp there.

Can anyone else verify?

It doesn't work on Ceo Island anymore as well. It used to work near the Sprites.
