Beginner service not available?

Uhh yeah it's not working at the time being. I guess Nexon broke something? And before someone mentions, "It expires at Lv30 total," I'm fully aware of that. but, it's just not working at all. can't even set up shop on this character since she's mainly for storage.

Oh~ Yeah, this was before the rollback. As for players, they're free service or premium was removed for some odd reason. They might retrieve it back (hopefully.)
