More Organization?

I think the bugs on the page shouldn't just be placed into 4 separate categories. There's some bugs that can be represented with two categories or more, so I was thinking of giving a more defined and organized method of organizing the bug page. Can I do a test page to organize them and present this idea to see if it'll improve or not?

Just remember some have higher priority than others. if it's more frequent, it should be at the top of the list.
