Duke Attacks
I think the Duke had 4 attacks. Maybe 5.
One was a debuff that makes you do a despair emote exactly like the Little girl from that halloween event, it also keeps you in place for a little while.
Another was an aoe attack similar to Bullet Storm that hits everyone within a 360, I think this is the one that causes bleed.
Then he has the single target life drain which might be the move that KOs people, but no one I know who ran it with me died from it yet.
And finally there's the one were he teleports into the ground and reappears behind someone random and uses what might have been those quick strikes with his rapier or his life drain which is supposed to KO someone, though my party members always run around to avoid it when they see him dive into the ground.
Though the use of his rapier might have been his regular attack much like Sephirot's attack it does around the same damage.

Of course no one is interested in the Duke.
The Duke is much easier and a joke to most compared to Sephirot.
Oh I also forgot to mention that he slowly regenerates HP. He also retreats a lot back to the center like most of his other monsters if you stand close to one of the corners, they come near you then they go back and then they come near you again.
Though you are all going to have a really bad time with all his monsters.
Mainly the Guard Gargoyles. They will stop you if they are near you and you are playing dead.
It's probably best to die fighting and maybe weaken or take one of these fiends out than to die sprawled to the ground on your back side.
I insta died (hp untouched) after he teleported onto me twice in a row. The first time, I was given the bloody duke debuff, the second time I died outright.
And his exp reward is exactly 100k with 500 battle participation, I can't edit the template, it keeps telling me "Nah, you gotta create a new page after clicking edit"
We'll let Lexis handle that. Apparently he has another skill where he teleports behind you and uses a soul steal.
Which is instant death cause he steals your soul. But being Milletian and all he can't do that.
So Duke was probably wondering why the hell these new people who have infiltrated this far into his lair won't die? Cause hes probably never met a Milletian before.
Heheh. I like to believe these kind of bosses can't die as well. So everyday, when Milletians arrive, they get all angry.

Well you can, technically, grab his HP by doing a hit that takes away exactly 1% and extrapolate the data to make 100% HP. as far as everything else, he only has Smash, wind mill and...oh hell I'll do it.
I made the template to fit what it is, Shadow Monster. Simply edit from here and yea...I only added what I remember and off the bat.
RP isn't the same as monster stats btw.
I hate you all. I have never filled up a monster template before.
