Damage multiplier removed

May I ask if anyone knows when the damage modifier from the skill was removed? I remember with the bard update, it was still there (friend was raising enthralling and with testing my damage changed significantly). Did the talent system remove it, or did Nexon pull it out with a small update in between then and now to give lullaby more of a use, since enthralling outclassed it in terms of a damage boost.

But it also seems those values don't exist in the game, or at least, not currently.
