Prerequisite?

Is there really no prerequisite, like completing G16? Also, I don't think a newbie can immediately jump into G19, since they can't immediately jump to G1.

You don't have to complete G16. I have no idea about any other possible pre-requisites.

It doesnt seem like there is a pre-requisuite but im pretty sure for every new chapter, everyone is allowed to start on the first Generation Quest of that chapter.
