How? I just fought him a minute ago and none of my Frenzy or Fighter or Ninja attacks stunned him.

I think you need to do a certain amount of damage. Gets increasingly hard to stun him at harder levels.

How much is a "certain amount"? I was hitting roughly 4k or so with Fighter at most. On Hard Grim Reaper btw.

No idea, but if the rp event from awhile ago was an indication I'd say maybe 1/4 or 1/3 of his hp.
