Wedding Cooldown?

I divorced my husband mutually so we could make a new family and it keeps saying we can't get engaged:

"I'm sorry, but you cannot proceed with the engagement. Did you get married recently? Or did your partner recently get married or have a divorce?"

Does anyone know how long this cd lasts? v.v

Probably about the time it would take for the other party to lose their title/ring after a forced divorce. Shouldn't take too long. But just an assumption.
