Chain Slash is a two-part update.
This first part is the Scenario with Eiren and the other Aces that introduces the first 10 Chain Slash skills.
The second part is going to come later, and it will include the final 3 Chain Slash skills, as well as add in the Baltane Missions. It seems they accidentally put up the teaser micro-site for the Baltane Mission Update part of the Chain Slash Update and then took it down later. But it's definitely still on its way.
There doesn't seem to be a set date, but it should be sometime fairly soon, perhaps within a week or two.
