Genesis make combat more fluid and about the diference of cooldowns between Asia and NA servers, well i just think that was on porpuse because in general the NA public complains more than Asia (i.e. has been a few days of g16s2 p1 and many ppl is already complaining about the changes :p). now the only reason to do not clear chapter 1 is lazyness :p because its extremelly easy now.
