If you use the capsule on a skill that's r1, then you can freely rerank the skill from rF back to r1 (given you have sufficient ap).
- I forgot to mention that although you can rerank the skill back to r1, you'll have to remaster the skill, but this only applies if you have the master title for it prior to deranking.
