No, DDA is just an offensive skill. Desert, and etc, dragons have walking animations. They're just unable to move because that's how they were set. In fact, most, if not all, npcs that are movement locked have walking/running animations.

Oh okay. There's still the question of, any idea if they can even attack?

If you're still talking about the dragons, as listed, no, they cannot.

Yeah I was, & I get why, one, they are field bosses & two, for crying out loud they are huge, one heck of a windmill. Overpowered.
