Page Idea

This idea won't be as commonly used as this page but I think people would still find it useful as I would have. I propose a page in similar format to this page but instead to display AP costs of all skills in one place.

Skill_List kinda already does that, although it's somewhat out of date since the introduction of hidden skills.
