G13 New Damage

So, G13 made the spell weaker. I know my rank 1 is 106 - 400 damage now. Which happens to conflict with the wiki. I don't know the initial shock damage though, nor do I know the damage for ranks Novice to 2. Probably important to update though, should someone have the information. :3

Rank A 48 - 200 Damage

Rank 9 69 - 266 Damage

And I don't know the initial bolt damages.

It made the spell weaker because int and mastery makes it much stronger. If you have 400 int, even rC master is enough to start doing more damage than before.
