Diffrent template for tailor repaired items?

Diffrent template for tailor repaired items?

Sense tailored items only have a repair of 94% and 98% even when the rates are there the page shows up on the incomplete list. Is there a way to mark the unavailable rates as N/A so the items page will stop showing up on the incomplete page? Or would someone have to make a different template for tailored items that don't have the rates that it doesn't need?

through the use of maids and Butler|butlers its possible to Repair items at 95-99% so technically it's incomplete until those repair percentages are entered.
