You say that Atrata is the person to go to in KR, but bitch and moan about it because you're too fucking lazy to try it in NA.
I didn't bitch and moan, and I did try it in NA, doesn't work in NA at the time of making the post. I also went out of my way to test it myself in KR, please do not make baseless accusations, boredom is not an excuse and the wiki is supposed to be a factual source of information, not a forum to troll on.
