Tara is Making ppl crash

It is true that Tara takes much more time to load compared to other towns, and the second longest being Taillteann. I just had to wait 30 minutes to enter Taillteann, when it would usually take a minute maximum. Aren't there people with mods where it minimizes buildings and trees in Tara? Can anyone ask if they crash too?
