We can simply just include this along with the other "news" in the appropriate patches section. Otherwise, we might as well copy/paste the patches section into the wiki news.
I wouldn't throw this out there just yet, it says it was listed by "Guest Writer" which means it could be anyone, and Nexon usually will post it on the main page. It's probably best to wait until nexon confirms it themselves. Or to state it as non official, as I was hearing about this stuff weeks ago. Edit: Also, Previous history seems to show normal writers.
