You can add information from foreign servers, but we'd prefer it if you added only officially released things, and not stuff that's only on the Korean test server since much of that changes or is server-specific. If you want to post about test server -only stuff, I know there's a user who's been putting it on his userpage (User:Eos367), and that's perfectly fine.
But anything from the Korean gameabout website, for example, or the Japanese wiki etc. is welcome to be added to our wiki.
