It seems the dragon starts warming up to you at 31 disposition. From 0 to 30 it says: Grr... (Better keep your distance for now.)

But at disposition 31 it says: Grr... (It's...a little less wary of you than it was before.)

I conjecture the messages likewise change at 61 and 91 disposition.
