It's from the old gachas it's called magical, and it's in this very page's history lol. They are both named magical, both prefixes, and both rank 9. The magical from the wands from the old gacha gives 10 max damage if using the elemental master title, 5 crit if using the elemental apprentice, and reduces repair cost by 15% and can only be enchanted on wands. It came from carpinus healing wand, emission lightning wand, quercus fire wand, and par ice wand from the 2012 exploration gachapon and snowball fight event apparently.
