Shorten Overflow Height & Remove [Link]?

The overflow height seems a bit high, especially for pages like these that don't have very large images. Also, the [Link] part seems a bit redundant, since the TOC can create a link once clicked upon...

I think the link is to make it easier to link a friend on messenger to the particular monster you're looking at. So you won't have to scroll up and click the TOC to make the link. But I don't know how common or important that is. No big deal to me if it's removed.
