We don't have a policy on that...plus it rather depends since some pictures have outlines rendered...
Edit: Some images kinda hide details until you add outline rendering. The Halloween Witch Robe is a good example where outline rendering would be a good idea. I'm guess if the outline rendering makes the image grainy/bad...replace it where necessary.
