re-adding {{!!}} template

Would you be against me adding the || template back? It's a bit annoying to have to type {{!}}{{!}} whenever I want to use double pipes. This is mainly for the new skill lists that I'm going to add.

Why completely write out {{!}} or {{!}}{{!}}? You can just type out ! or !!.

It may just be my browser, or "if" statements just are annoying to deal with.

You didn't get what they were used for or something?

I've only ever used it in tables, never in if parameters.
