Music Buff Effect

I'd say do it on the Instrument Upgrades page, because stuff like Mana Evaporation have been done for the Wand Upgrades page.

But it's not an instrument upgrade. The wand upgrade page was the define/inform mana evap + consump and for what it affects, but music buff affects all music skills and is more of a status effect than an upgrade-only thing. Way many more facts than just upgrades affect music buff effect, whereas pretty much only wand upgrades affect consump (set effect is entirely different) + evap (which doesnt exist anymore. why is that even still here. + that did use to have it's own page).

It is, Lyre's are full of these. If not, do it on Playing Instrument or give it its own page.

Not an instrument upgrade as in majority of the factors are based on outside factors rather than upgrades.
