But it's not an instrument upgrade. The wand upgrade page was the define/inform mana evap + consump and for what it affects, but music buff affects all music skills and is more of a status effect than an upgrade-only thing. Way many more facts than just upgrades affect music buff effect, whereas pretty much only wand upgrades affect consump (set effect is entirely different) + evap (which doesnt exist anymore. why is that even still here. + that did use to have it's own page).
