How did you kill the uro?

I defeated yellow body/head, followed by white body/head, red body/head, and then finished off blue body/head. I autoattacked the first two heads and used final hit to kill the last 2 heads. Yellow wound up reverting to its original color for some reason, I thought it had revived but it was still dead when I went to whack it again.

Using what? Close combat skills?

Yes. Close combat, dual wielding some generic NPC swords. I didn't use any skills outside of the Close Combat tab.

Alright, it seems some skills causes it to glitch or something.
