Actually, if you go into the shop, there are 2 versions for sale. The only difference is the duration. Compare the colors of the tattoos on both of them, and they'll be different. The one I bought had the tattoo an olive green color to begin with.

Tattoo aside, the same could be said for the 2012 winter wear, sailor set, and a few other things. Given the fact that the outing set can be dyed to begin with, the default colors belong in the galleries while the dyed versions should be used on the regular page.
