Is there a method in which I may delete the picture I uploaded for myself?

Regular users can't delete a page, but you can put in a delete request template on the page you want deleted. The template is {{delete|reasonfordeletion}}, and "reasonfordeletion" is where you put the why you want it deleted.

Don't worry about it. You can do what Akira said, or wait for an administrator or moderator to delete it, along with you user page, should your contributions be insufficient. You can view your contributions at the top of the page, under "My contributions."

You are welcome to remake your page and reupload any images after a decent amount of contributes.
