It is possible to get an Arbalest from Port Cobh, but it is very rare. It isn't some rumor.
No, but there was a video somewhere on youtube of it dropping when someone hit a pole. (That must of taken days of recording to catch...) Remove it if you must, leave it, whatever. But just because something is unlikely/rare, doesn't mean it's impossible. Imagine the first person to find Upgrade Stones in Alby, it is possible, just REALLY unlikely.
There is also that white long bow that's extremely rare from Dunbarton poles (or trees or something?).
Its not in the Japanese wiki at all so i definitely think its fake. If the japanese haven't got a drop then we never will just how it is. You can go punch those poles all day long i know im not going to.
