How much Ducats did you have when he stopped giving?

I noticed that the wishing tree stopped giving me ducats when I had around 180k, so I spent a day without doing commerce and did the wishing tree again, and I didn't get anymore ducats.

I haven't tried to see whats the threshold before you stop receiving ducats.

I still get Ducats when I'm at 300k, perhaps it's not a 100% rate of receiving ducats?
