Hello there! I wanted to help you out a little bit with uploading photos and saving screenshots on your computer.

As seen on this upload of yours, it looks very grainy, which tells me you probably took a default screenshot with your client, and it was saved as a (JPEG) file, and you went and re-saved/cropped the file as a (PNG).

To fix this, and a tip that I do, is I of course zoom in on the object I am trying to capture and you simply click off of your client by either alt+tabbing to a small window (like my volume mixer), or you just click on your task bar. Then you can freely use your PrntSc button and paste your image in Microsoft Paint or any other software you use.

Remember to be sure that when you finally crop your images and save, that you save them as a PNG file. This ensures that your file is clean and nice, and not grainy at all! If you look close, you can see the teeny little pixels all over, and we don't want that!

I'll use one of my recent images as an example on how the edges and pixels should appear nice and clean:

Please refrain from using simulators for equipment images. Also, please refrain from using the jpg extension or saving jpgs as pngs.
