Boy appears in the first mission of Generation 12, called "Threat of the Homunculus," but does not play a major role in the story. He is merely an alchemy experiment conducted by the Corrupt Alchemists. However, because he is unstable, the Boy ends up collapsing to the ground.
During the battle he is present in, he cannot be targeted but can be damaged by enemy AoE attacks such as Windmill or Stomp. However, all damage is reduced to one.
