Which version?

The game uses "HP & Stamina 30 Potion" but we've got other versions on here for redundant info. I think I missed the discussion on this. Which version do we prefer for the wiki? Possibilities:

• HP & Stamina 30 Potion
• HP and Stamina 30 Potion
• HP & SP 30 Potion
• HP and SP 30 Potion
