Allows you to reload the Cylinder quicker, as well as build more charges for the next Flame Burst/Water Cannon skill.

Details
- A toggleable skill that allows one to simultaneously load multiple charges of Water Cannon or Flame Burst in a manner similar to Chain Casting.
- Chain Cylinder automatically deactivates upon logging out or changing channels.
- Getting Knocked Unconscious will not disable Chain Cylinder.
- Chain Cylinder can be toggled on or off regardless of whether or not the player has a cylinder equipped.
- Chain Cylinder can also be toggled while loading alchemy.
- Chain Cylinder is sent into cooldown after loading its compatible alchemy skills. This does not deactivate the skill, however.
- When chaining occurs, there will be a visual effect as well as a sound effect.
- A higher number of additional charges will create a larger effect around the character.
- The visual and sound effects change at Rank 1.
- The skill will not activate if you are loading the 5th charge of an alchemy skill.
- When chaining, it will consume the Stamina for the required number of charges.
- Unlike Chain Casting, Chain Cylinder will consume the extra Stamina required for the other charges instantly and then use Stamina normally to load the skill.
- Elemental Wave may be randomly learned when chaining occurs.
