Quests Given

Rab gives you his empty bowl when you talk to him while you are playing as a pet.
As your Playable character, take the empty bowl and talk to Fleta.
- This will trigger a quest, and Fleta will take the bowl.
- This quest is repeatable once a day and requires a bowl each time.
She will ask for either a Bacon and Potato Dog Food, a Shrimp Dog Food, or a Dog Biscuit.
- You can make the food with the Cooking skill, Rank Novice being the minimal requirement.
- Shrimp Dog Food can be bought from Vanalen in the Commonwealth of Belvast for 600g.
- The food can be made by other players and be obtained through trade.
- The food to be given is on the information section of the quest scroll.
Give the food to Rab.
Talk to Fleta to complete the quest.

You will receive a Fleta Upgrade Coupon for Heavy Armor for 1 upon quest completion.
- Despite it saying it gives a free upgrade, it actually costs 20,000 Gold. The upgrade provides +4 Defense. The item being upgraded must have at least 70 Proficiency and must be the fifth and final upgrade.
- To use the coupon, talk to Fleta and the "modify item" option will be available.
  - The coupon will disappear once the upgrade is performed.

Rab's Dog Food *[Bacon and Potato Dog Food]*
How to Get Quest	Talk to Fleta with Rab's Empty Plate in your inventory, while not on Aeira's Lunch Box quest
Briefing	Rab looks like he wants some Bacon and Potato Dog Food. For a dog, he has quite a taste... Bacon and Potato Dog Food is literally a mix of bacon and potato. The ingredients should be available around Dunbarton, and you should gather up the potato yourself, right? Anyway, whatever you do, whether you cook it, buy it or anything else, it doesn't matter. Just get it for me and I'd appreciate it. - Fleta -
Objectives	Deliver Dog Food to Rab Talk to Fleta.
Rewards	1 Fleta Upgrade Coupon for Heavy Armor for 1
Additional Information	If you are on Aeira's Lunch Box quest, instead of taking the bowl Fleta will say, "You seem to be doing something for someone else... so go finish that first, then let's talk."

Rab's Dog Food *[Shrimp Dog Food]*
How to Get Quest	Talk to Fleta with Rab's Empty Plate in your inventory, while not on Aeira's Lunch Box quest
Briefing	Rab looks like he wants some Shrimp Dog Food. Yea, a dog that likes shrimp... Shrimp Dog Food is all about just mixing in shrimp, rice, and a bit of salt. You can buy the ingredients in Dunbarton. You don't really have to make it, so just get me the dish if you can. - Fleta -

Rab's Dog Food *[Dog Biscuit]*
How to Get Quest	Talk to Fleta with Rab's Empty Plate in your inventory, while not on Aeira's Lunch Box quest
Briefing	Rab looks like he wants some Dog Biscuit. Seriously.. is he spoiled or what... Anyway, Dog Biscuit can be made by mixing butter biscuit and chocolatechip cookies. I think they sell those ingredients in Emain Macha. You can make it, or you can ask someone else to make it, or whatever. If you can just get it for me, I'd appreciate it. - Fleta -
