Equipment Combination Effects page needs to be updated to include this bonus, also, do we have an exact % value for the speed buff? I want to say it's 15%, but that's only a rough estimate.

There is no special sparkly effect...

and lacks an icon to show it is active. This applies to both during Commerce and wearing the robe outside of Commerce.
