I got style tab bear slippers from the event but they have no stats at all, but listed here it has stats. Do I just mark it down as obtained from anyway? They also don't expire.
That section of the page has tabs indicating whether its the regular or Style version of the items, edit the Style's template rather than the card's one.

You mean the untradable 0/0 ones that come with that new account period between June 26th, 2013 to August 30th, 2013.
It shows no stats at all. Just bear slippers with a description and yellow name that's it.
