Can anyone confirm which of the two fishing locations they've gotten this from? If it's only available at the Southern beach, or only available by the river that'd be helpful to include since it's possible for the two locations to have different contents despite being on the same map.

It is tradeable. The text in the book is a 404 page not found. Wonder if they'll ever fix that?
