Says that you can't tame Cows, but Buffalos or Gnus will count. Are those two species really considered Cows, and as such, a possible merge?

You can tame cows, I don't know who told you they can't be. I know because I tamed one the day Cobh came out and taming was revamped.

That is not purposeful, it's a glitch and belongs in the Current Bugs page for now. I suggest we disinclude it from anywhere else until DevCAT realizes that they forgot to fix one of their old glitches, which is more likely now since you no longer need to poison a cow or set wolves on them to tame them. I have already reported this error and suggest you do as well.

The CJ clearly states Cows are untamable.

Normally, monsters/npcs that cannot be tamed have the parameter "unable_tame" within their StringID. After reviewing the race file, it does not seem to have this parameter. In fact, it even comes with "TrainingCategory="cow"."
