Tailoring

The Special Clothing List says that it can be tailored, what rank is it?

I seem to remember my guild leader mentioning it isn't tailorable until G8 or something.

Confusing

Obtained From?

The article currently says you can obtain the outfit itself from the Red Dragon but as far as I know the Red Dragon drops the tailoring manual for it. Does it drop both? Did someone make a mistake? Some confirmation would be nice (on the outfit dropping, I've heard from multiple sources that the manual drops so find that unlikely to be wrong).--Mystickskye 08:17, 14 November 2009 (UTC)

I added in 99% cloth repair but it doesn't show up :P So if someone could fix that or something..

Added 99% parameter.

(i should redo clothing with arrays too. 8D)
