Reason for edit related to Harvest Song

Harvest Song does affect Metallurgy success rate, went out of my way to test it, even.

I am personally not convinced that rainy weather and Wednesday's "Nature" effect work for this skill, but I ain't gonna bother testing that for a looong time.

No Shining Spot

So I've been on a long hiatus from Mabi and I am finding that a lot of things have changed. Did metallurgy go from a site specific (shining spots) to a general area? I've seen no shining spots on Qilla beach, Connous beach, or Rano Beach. My graphical settings are at max. Thanks in advance.

Do you have mini effects enabled?

That fixed it thanks.

Dex & Success

Does Dexterity have any affect on the Success Rate? The Dexterity data implies it does, but the Metallurgy page makes no mention of Dex affecting Success.

There seems to be a beta action...

I misclicked and suddenly, I was doing a Gathering animation as if I was gathering eggs from hens... unfortunately, I cannot replicate it.

Also, I did manage to get a single copper ore fragment, but upon metallurging (Is that even a word O-o?) on the same spot, I came up empty with a message saying "there are no ores here."

It's a glitch with metallurgy spots. I'm assuming you misclicked on the hidden name tag... or something. If you had the actual prop name up and you click on it, you will start gathering rather than metallurgying, but the spot still actually runs out, but doesnt disappear.

oh, I just thought it was some random beta action x-x;;

which remind me, there was an additional potato field before the Trading post got implemented. I once again did the same thing here and misclicked. lol
