Since it got buried...bump.
I looked all over filia and could not find a single one, either I'm blind, or its gone.
Did you click every crevice you could find? Searched every nook and cranny? Did you talk to Meles?

Liar. So apparently they did take it out of Filia, and I'm guessing "can" is supposed to be "can't".
As for Taunes, I'm pretty sure his dialogue about the furnace is unchanged, since the furnace in Vales is usable.
Anvil's there, but no furnace insight...maybe it was an oversight and they (gasp) accidentally deleted them.
They changed Meles' Use Furance response from "can" to "can't".
HOW LONG IS "A BIT"!?
Does anyone know what difference it makes for the different qualities of wood?
Can you put different types of wood? I've never tried, but I would assume not, since Nexon... yeah.. it's Nexon...
Try using the furnace with a stack of normal wood and a stack of carpentry wood. It'll ask you which wood you want to use. Or at least, it should
DevCat programmed the game to work that way. I don't think nexon knows enough about code to mess that up. Higher quality wood is supposed to decrease the success rate.
You use the old furnace to lower your success rate. Higher quality wood amplifies the effect of whatever you are using the wood for. So it'd amplify the failure.
