(Original) Text on equipment?

Is the (Original) at the end of the equipment's stats always supposed to be there? If it is always supposed to be there, I am worried I have a Bell Fox Outfit (M) that does not have it, and with the recent events, I do not know if it is safe...

So... If it does not have it, should I get rid of it?...

I don't remember all the details, but the (Original) tag gets removed when an item is:

1. Upgraded
2. Enchanted
3. Probably reforged

I don't remember what else.

But the original tag does not indicate whether an item is safe or not.

Besides, the recent events mostly regard stackable items, as those are the dupable ones. Equipment and other items that cannot be stacked are generally safe.

4. Dyed. Edit: And scrap reforged, that doesn't remove it!
