Um, they don't have an aiming meter unlike Bows/Xbows. So what does Attack Speed have on Atlatls?

It does have a meter, it's just preset and invisible. When a target walks, it goes down and even further if running. Attack Speed will allow it to regain the lost accuracy when the target goes from Run to walk or Run to stop.
